Solamer GR8

Solamer GR8 was developed to counteract the damaging effects of UV light on hair fibers. It protects and strengthens the hair and reduces color fading by absorbing both UV-A and UV-B rays.

Solamer Prevents UV Damage

UV light exposure degrades hair fibers. Solamer protects the hair by providing substantive, broad-spectrum UV-A and UV-B protection to hair.

less fading than untreated hair.

Solamer - Color Protection

UV-A and UV-B exposure can cause degradation and bleaching of natural and artificial hair color.

A test was performed on hair that was either treated with Solamer or not treated at all. The hair color was measured before and after UV exposure to determine the total color change. The hair treated with Solamer produced over 50% less color fading than the untreated hair.

Solamer Mantains Hair Strength

Solamer protects the hair fiber structure, inside and out, against damage caused by sun exposure. It maintains the tensile strength of hair after UV exposure.
